Sam: Some ideas for Ninja

Some sketched out builds for Ninja. I can afford to buy pretty much everything on this list for you, so don't worry about cost. I know you're not Mr. Uberstat, but you're going to want those bonuses from things I put into Resilience, and having the Knockdown on Thunder Kick will probably come in pretty handy.
