Invention badges, debuffs

I'm trying to get the invention badges done on my Mastermind. I found a spreadsheet to help me keep track of what I'll need, so I'm going to post blocks of stuff behind the cut here.

Going with the debuffs first, since they're probably going to be the cheapest ones to make.

Edit: man this makes me want to write my own program that'll automate this...

Edit 2: Went ahead and did Mender and Rebuilder from the healing badges.
