Farmageddon

The documentary shows film of agents descending on various organic farms and outlets, guns drawn, SWAT teams present. It’s straight out of science fiction and something that you can’t believe happens in America. I can understand a huge police presence when going after a drug lord, but a family farmer? Sure, farmers keep guns but in my experience they aren’t violent people.

Roger Ebert is a dork, Thor is awesome
May. 16th, 2011 04:40 pmHis Non-apology over his Thor "review".
But hey, this is the guy that though Revenge of the Sith was awesome, instead of kinda mediocre...

I could talk about how bad it is. But I think I'll just quote this bit of conversation:
[20:09] < NinjaWeazel> god that movie was horrible
[20:09] < Doctor_Gerbil> And yet you watched it all
[20:09] < Doctor_Gerbil> >.>
[20:16] < NinjaWeazel> No choice. Ray Park. :(

The movie seemed to contradict its own thesis towards the end. If someone else pushing the button means you shoot someone, then there's no free will, and ultimately the whole 'test' is pointless...

Embrace of the Vampire
Nov. 20th, 2010 05:55 pmKind of a bad movie. Even if I'd watched the version that wasn't made for TV broadcast, I'm not sure a few boobies would have saved it from being slightly worse than mediocre. Still, it was okay to watch in bits and pieces over a couple of days while having lunch/dinner.
Edit: and again I forgot to hit post. lol

Wow. This was a pretty bad movie, but it was a lot of fun to watch. If only I could've seen it in 3-D.
