I'm going to make a Necron army using fuzzy wire, old GI-Joes, glue, and love.

I've given up on trying to make the monolith decent, though. It's just cardboard taped together with an old coca-cola bottle for the crystal.

I call them the Discountyr

Also one of my skimmers is just half of a GI-Joe glued onto a hotwheel car.

Green is good, right?

If you wish to understand more about the Ice Ages and how they
affected life - both human and otherwise, I suggest the following books:

"After the Ice Age: The Return of Life to Glaciated North America" by
E.C. Pielou

"The Little Ice Age: How Climate Made History, 1300 - 1850" by Brian Fagan

Both books are well written and full of solid and useful facts on the
matter. For dealing with the warming that occurs between Ice Ages
consider Brian Fagan's later book: "The Long Summer." (The book,
"Unstoppable Global Warming: Every 1500 years" does a good job of
explaining the current Modern Warming, but as it deals with the modern
situation it may not be as relevant to your fantasy world system.)
