Saw this when I was going through The Pitt. I know when I'm an evil slave-holding dictator I plan on building a twisted wicker man and connecting jets of fire to either side of it, then placing it in front of my house.

If I'd know the teddy bear belonged to him, I would've left it alone...

COMMUNISM IS THE DEFINITION OF FAILURE.
Broken Steel
Jun. 15th, 2009 03:00 amBest of the current Fallout 3 downloadable content by far, almost worth its price tag. Almost. I had a lot of fun sneaking around the enclave base, putting landmines in people's pockets and generally making a nuisance of myself without using my gun. Then I discovered the game would let me nuke the Brotherhood of Steel instead of the Enclave and I did so, because frankly I don't trust those 'Knights'.
Operation: Anchorage
Jun. 12th, 2009 06:14 amI shouldn't have done it, but I stayed up to blow through this "DLC" for Fallout 3. It was pretty fun, but I see why a lot of people have problems with it. not sure it's worth the money...
Highs: Killing Communists, Fighting a Tank with nothing but the grenades I had on me, The opening mission where you infiltrate a base.
Lows: Missing with the Firelance one time out of 5 shots back in the real world, The final showdown with the Chinese general getting bugged and requiring me to console hax to make something happen other than he and I standing immobile while lots of people died around us, The health/ammo situation is kinda hilarious

Not sure I want to know... pt 2
Nov. 12th, 2008 08:32 amWent back into the Dunwich Building. I found some stuff on a computer that makes it sound like one of the people had some ancient magic book (cough cough) and were trying to summon some elder god or something. I guess it makes a bit more sense now >.>
Not sure I want to know...
Nov. 3rd, 2008 08:33 amI went into the "Dunwich Building" and found it infested with ghouls. I ended up following on the heels of a man named Jamie who left recordings all over the place.
That's not the thing that's got me wondering. No, that is the image behind the cut:

In the deepest, darkest underdark of the Dunwich Building, below tunnels and radioactive air, was that, in a cave, locked away.
Why?
Do I really want to know?
And why was there a freaky glowing ghoul that took me eight point blank shotgun blasts to drop along the way?

Falllout 3
Nov. 2nd, 2008 08:46 amSo far it's been pretty awesome. I've been having a recurring problem where the sound'll just die and never work again until I reboot. I see people are having other problems, and here's a link to a solution some people cooked up for one of those problems.
